Hello Everyone, I want to share my interview experience at ADP for a member technical position.
It consists of 4 Round:
ROUND1: Online Assessment(80 min)
It contains 3 sections.
- Sec1-Quant(15Q – 15min)
- Sec2-Analytical(25Q – 25min)
- Sec3-Computer science fundamentals(20Q – 40min) I got selected in this round.
ROUND2: Technical Interview1(for me it was around 50-60min)
Starting with my self introduction interviewer started asking about topics that I mentioned in my resume.
- Write the code for creating the registration form in HTML.
- Adding 2 numbers without using the 3rd variable and does it work for negative numbers?
- Java topics like threads and inheritance.
- About my project.
- OOPS concept.
- DBMS basics.
And I thought I wouldn’t clear this round as I am not confident enough. But I was called for the next round after 10 min.
ROUND3: Technical Interview2(around 40min)
Interviewer gave 2 coding questions one after another and asked me to write the code without using any built in function in paper. 1 is easy and 2nd one is medium(Strings) and after writing code he gave me some test cases and asked me to tell whether this code will work or not.
- What are your favorite subjects and why?
- Questions related to my project
- Family background.
Then he asked if I have any questions and I asked 2 questions about the company. And this time I am confident enough that I will select in this round as I answered all the /questions well.
ROUND4: HR(5 – 10 min)
- Will you be able to relocate.
- Family Background
- Work location and at last he asked me if I am okay or not when they change the location.
RESULT: I got selected
