Hello, TS-EAMCET aspirants. I am Hema Harshini first-year undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science and Engineering at BVRIT HYDERABAD COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING FOR WOMEN.

The counselling process constitutes of four steps:

• Registration and payment of Counselling fee.
• Offline document verification
• Desired Choice filling.
• Seat allotment.
• Payment of tuition fee.

I am going to explain everything step by step:

Registration and Payment of Counseling Fee:

Within a few weeks of the rank announcement, you will have to go to the official website and pay the counseling fee. The registration requires your registration number on TS EAMCET Hall ticket, Date of birth mentioned in the SSC memo, and Hall ticket number on the intermediate memo. You will have to provide a valid phone number, and ,email address. This is very important as this is the only way for them to communicate with you. The Caste Certificate and Income Certificate application number issued by MeeSeva, if applicable must be mentioned. Once the mobile number is saved, it cannot be changed. To make the payment of TS EAMCET 2024 counseling fees you have to log in using your class 12th exam hall ticket number, registration number and date of birth. The fees can be paid through Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking.

Offline document verification

After payment of counselling fee, you have to get verified the following documents at the helping centers allotted to you.

• TS EAMCET rank card 2024
• TS EAMCET 2024 hall ticket
• Aadhaar card
• SSC or its equivalent mark sheet
• 6th standard to inter-study certificates
• Transfer Certificate (T.C)
• Intermediate or its equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate
• Income certificate (if applicable)
• Caste certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
• Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates
• Physically challenged (PH)/Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/NCC/Sports/Minority certificate if applicable
• Residence certificate in case the candidate has no institutionalized education

Step 3 and 4 Together

After the above two steps, you will get the access to choice filling window within 2 weeks. Fill the window with your desired OPTIONS LIST starting from highest priority to lowest. You will have three rounds of counselling. Once a college is selected in first round you can either continue with it if you are satisfied or else you can apply by the same process in second and third rounds. Once you choose to apply in second or third rounds, the college that is selected in first round is not yours now. So, this is a very RISKY TASK while counselling. Be careful, while progressing through further rounds.

Step 5 – Payment of Tuition Fee

Once you are satisfied with your college at the third round, you must pay the tuition fee as mentioned according to the candidate’s profile. Now you are successfully done with the counselling process.
