First, We got the mail and applied for the profile.

Second, From the side of the company they did the “Resume” shortlisting based on their requirement technology and required tech stack.

Third, After the Resume Shortlisting I got an opportunity to appear in the Aptitude, Verbal, and Coding Rounds (Elaborated below).

Fourth, After clearing the coding round then I forwarded to the next process which is the interview round. They have 1 or 2 interviews according to time management if they have much time then they take 2 interviews otherwise they take only 1 interview in there is an HR and technical interviewer.

First aptitude they asked easy and medium level of aptitude. I was easily dis this part within the time.

Then Second, there is easy questions of verbal.

Third, and most important they asked me only one coding question in that round which was the easy also for me, Which takes approximately 10 minutes to pass the all test cases (there was many hidden testcases, if all the hidden test cases run successfully then you got the full marks of the question). If the student is passionate to company they can easily clear this round because this round was easy and that is conducted at the college place.

When I went for the interview first they take the introduction and also in the introduction she asked me about my tech stack and then she asked me about my project (don’t forget to revise about your projects and about your internship, in the introduction if you tell them about your internship and projects it gives good impact on the interviewer).

Then they asked me about the languages which I choose for my problem solving like C/C++, Java, Python etc. And then they asked me a coding question on the paper (sorting algorithm or pattern or searching question etc.).

Then after that they finally asked me about my project and how the project work and asked me about my project tech stack and also about the deep questions of the project tech stack. So it is very important to revise all the technology which is written in our resume because most of the time we write on resume but we don’t have a knowledge about the technology.

Then the interview converted to HR the they asked me about which location I am prefer for my job location, that is Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Gurugram, So As per our easy-ness I told them first I prefer for Gurugram then Bengaluru and then Hyderabad also we have to tell them on which basis we prioritize the locations and then the interview was done.

Job CTC mentioned in the mail already they provide us 4 LPA CTC and also they said that they provide complete 4LPA in hand and also at the time of the joining they provide 25K joining bonus from our package and also they provide many perks and benefits from the company side. Also The time of joining is the after the graduation.

The company overall did the easy process for candidate selection of the position for associate Software role. The company is overall good and provide good environment to the employs and also give opportunities to enhance our skills.
