Cloud Analogy Interview Experience
I recently had the opportunity to interview at Cloud Analogy, which was facilitated through campus placement. The interview process consisted of three rounds:
- a pen-and-paper coding round.
- a technical round.
- and an HR round.
Pen-and-Paper Coding Round:
The first round involved solving four coding questions within an hour without using any inbuilt functions.
- The first question was about making a pattern like an hourglass using letters of the alphabet.
- The second question involved adding two numbers one by one from right to left and counting how many times we carried over.
- The third question was about reversing a sentence, keeping the word order, and adding the length of each word before it.
- In the fourth question, we had to change an array by reversing it and changing each number by adding the next one, except for the last one.
Technical Round:
Feeling a bit nervous for my first interview, I sought to calm my nerves by engaging with other candidates. During this round, I was asked to introduce myself, discuss my projects, and delve into object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
HR Round:
In the final round, I faced questions about my projects, differences between programming languages, and various behavioral inquiries. Although my technical skills were commended, feedback suggested a need to enhance my communication abilities.
