Cognizant Interview Experience

Interview Process.

At Cognizant Technology, the interview process usually contains two rounds:

• Online Test.
• Technical Interviews+ HR interview.

1. Online Test (Cognitive Game and Aptitude Round):

In the Online assessment there were 4 sections:

• Maths
• reasoning
• English
• Cognitive game-based aptitude which was newly introduced by Cognizant this year.

2. TR+HR:

• Tell me about yourself.
• After that, they gave some aptitude questions.
• like Average, Time and work, percentage, log, etc
• And last Any questions for me?

Tips: I would suggest everyone must prepare this last hr question “Any questions for me ?” because it shows that you are interested in that company.

This was my interview and it went really exciting as well full of tension in my mind. It was my Second interview experience and was amazing.
