Edu-Station Interview Experience For BDA

Edu-station is an E-learning platform that provides students with industry-specific training in a professional environment. I joined the edu- edu-station interview for a Business development associate. this interview was on campus so its first round was resume shortlisting. Before starting anything they started their pre-placement talk session where they told us that this job role has what responsibilities and what their company do. after that, we have only one round.

This round is a technical interview. here they asked some questions like:

1. Your introduction?
2. What does this job role mean?
3. From which date you can join?
4. Why should we hire you?
5. If you are not from this field then why you are applying for this role?

All of these are very easy questions and after these answers, we finalise this job role.

I was qualified for this interview so I can say this was so easy for me. After all, They gave me an offer letter. They have 10 days of free training where they will see how you are working after that they will decide how much stipend you have to be provided.

They didn’t mention any kind of location in their offer letter for all these problems they organised a meeting where they solved our issue. they are kind of confused themselves. because they were continuously changing their finalised students’ names. Also, they don’t have good reviews on Google or other sites so we didn’t join them.
