Eurofin Software Developer Interview Experience

I applied to this company via its career page. Within a week, I got an email for the written round.

Written Round: The written round contained Python-related theory questions and some output-based questions. The difficulty level was easy to moderate. There were a total of 45 questions that needed to be solved in 90 minutes. Out of the 45 questions, 30 questions were based on Python-related theory covering topics like lists, libraries, functions, classes, and data structures. I was able to clear this round.

Interview Round: Interviewer: Good morning. Why do you need classes in Python? Me: I explained. Interviewer: Write code and show encapsulation. Me: I wrote Python code and explained. Interviewer: How does the OS work? Me: I gave a high-level overview. Interviewer: Tell me in-depth. Me: Sorry, sir. Interviewer: What are encryption algorithms? Name a few of them. Me: I didn’t know, so I couldn’t answer that. Interviewer: Use of libraries? Me: I gave an answer and mentioned some pre-built libraries. Interviewer: Difference between the ‘delete’ and ‘truncate’ commands. Me: I explained the syntax. Interviewer: What do you know about our company? Me: I had prepared this question beforehand, so I was able to answer. Interviewer: Okay, I will update you on the result.

Suggestion: Whatever you write in your resume, be thorough with that, because the interviewer will ask in-depth questions from there only.

Result: Not selected.
