Jaypee University Admission Experience

current college – jaypee university of engineering and technology(JUET) | year – moving to 2nd year | course – Computer science engineering

So I am a one-year dropper during my drop I was preparing for the JEE exam but it’s a harsh reality that everyone doesn’t get their dream college. So yeah if you are feeling bad about not getting your dream college and now you have to go for a private or Government college then you know this not that bad to opt for these rather than your dream college.

I have even applied for various other exams and counseling as well but they were all expensive or to away from my home I was trying to go to a college near my hometown but it should be good as well.

So about the JUET admission process, my father got to know about this college and filled out the admission after that one day i had my allotment letter in my gmail. I was allotted Electrical Engineering but i didn’t want it so contacted at the numbers provided for query and they said i can get upgraded to Computer Science Engineering if i confirm my admission by giving a token of money so before doing that i wanted to see the campus . Visiting your campus before admission is a must you should do . So we went to visit the college , i liked the environment at the first visit only. we checked the classrooms, labs, cafeteria and hostel, we even ate the lunch over there. After that we confirmed the admission and paid the fees.

So it was 17 July 2023 and the time was 9 am but we reached at 8 am we had breakfast before the process starts. I was required to bring medical certificate, migration certificate, allotment letter , marksheet copy, gap certificate(as i took one year gap before college)and for else documents check your college requirements. So i was completely unaware about how the process works so i just went in the Tagore hall (the campus location for registration). we went inside and got us a seat and soon the docker no starts getting distributed i was unaware about what it is so got a bit late in getting docket no, i got something in 60’s line. It was a envelop containing a form that we has to fill . so i filled that and soon they started calling the docket number . When they called my number i went and got my documents verified then i submitted the document after that there was hostel allotment and id card picture was taken. Then it was all done then only i had to give measurements for the dress and have to get my laundry number.

After all this was done I got to my hostel room, i met my roommates there , they both were good, to be honest the experience of having roommates is so amazing if you all have a good bond.

So yeah after somedays of orientation my college was officially starting. during my first year i had so many amazing as well bad experience but both are needed for you to develop yourself.
