JIO Interview Experience
It was an on-campus placement drive
Round 1 Aptitude + Coding Exam (medium)
- Aptitude was easy maximum questions asked from percentages and average. English and verbal reasoning questions were also easy.
- MCQ on SQL & DBMS was also asked, and some basic multiple choice questions in DSA.
- First coding question was easy it consist of 20 marks, the question was “Remove duplicates from a given array”. The second question was medium, the question was from bit manipulation and consists of 50 marks.
Round 2: Technical interview:
- OOPs concept should be very clear, because you will be asked some questions like Inheritance, Polymorphism, Run Time Polymorphism, Abstraction, Encapsulation, etc.
- DBMS questions were also asked. like( Normalization, DDL, DML, DCL, TCL, etc)
- They asked me about concepts of java (exception handling, collections, overloading, overriding, etc.). (These questions are asked to me because I have chosen java as my preferred language, for my friends who have chosen C++ or python the questions were different).
- Data Structures ( LinkedList, Stack, Queue, Graph) questions were asked.
- They will ask you to code some simple programs.
Round 3 : HR:
- This round was very easy and some questions related to the company were asked, so it will be helpful if you know something about the company.
- Basic technical questions were also asked.
Note:
- You must clear the Jio to spark Apptitude+interview to appear in a higher CTC interview.
- A Higher CTC interview will consist of at least one coding question. It will be an easy question.
- Deep theoretical knowledge of DSA and DBMS is required.
- Questions from projects will be asked.
