jQWidgets jqxComboBox insertAt() Method
jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful and optimized framework, platform-independent, and widely supported. The jqxComboBox is used to represent a jQuery combobox widget that contains an input field with autocomplete functionality and a list of selectable items displayed in a drop-down.
The insertAt() method is used to insert a new item to the jqxComboBox. This method returns ‘true’, if the new item is inserted into the checkbox or false otherwise. This method accepts two parameters which are given below:
- item: It accepts String/Object type value that inserted into the checkbox list.
- index: It accepts the index number of Number type.
The following fields can be used to insert new items:
- label
- value
- disabled
- checked
- hasThreeStates
- html
- index
- group
Syntax:
$('selector').jqxComboBox('insertAt', Object/String, index );
