Quicko Infosoft Interview Experience (On-Campus) October 2023
Selection Process:
The company came for four roles: Full Stack Developers, Flutter Developers, DevOps, UI UX Designers, and they were also open to considering candidates for any other available roles, especially those related to business. Firstly, there was a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) where they discussed details about the company. Then, there was a quiz covering topics such as:
- Quicko [as discussed in the PPT]
- Startups
- Finance
- Tech
- Data Structures & Algorithms
This quiz was like an open-book exam and was relatively easy to crack.
Round 1:
In the first round, students were asked about their preferred role. Round 1 involved a group discussion (GD round) held on the same day as the PPT and quiz. There were around 8 students in the debate, and the topic was “Is Work-Life Balance Important or Not?” The discussion lasted about 20 minutes, after which further shortlisting occurred.
Round 2:
For this round, students had to visit the company’s office. There, they were questioned in-depth about the role they were applying for. For example, if someone chose the Full Stack Developer role, they were asked detailed questions about the technologies they were proficient in. Some questions were based on their resume, but mostly focused on the technologies the company was using and looking to hire for. This round was challenging because as students, we might not have extensive knowledge about the technologies used by the company for years. Unfortunately, I was not selected.
