Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 60% throughout.

Selection Process:

The selection process at RapidOps primarily emphasizes Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) skills and consists of the following rounds:

Online Test:

Components:

Pseudo Code: Evaluates logical and coding skills through pseudo code problems.

Aptitude: Tests mathematical, logical reasoning, and analytical abilities, with a focus on DSA-related questions.

Technical MSQ (Multiple-Select Questions): Assesses knowledge in core technical subjects, with an emphasis on DSA.

Technical Round:

Problem Solving: Involves solving DSA problems to test problem-solving and coding skills, covering a range of difficulty levels from easy to medium.

Technical Interview Rounds:

First Round: Aptitude test and technical multiple-choice questions, focusing on DSA concepts and problem-solving skills.

Second Round: DSA round with easy to medium-level questions, covering topics such as sorting, binary search, common data structure operations, as well as advanced concepts like repeated statement execution without loops, array manipulation, linked lists, and tree traversals.

Third Round: Further assessment of DSA skills with slightly more challenging questions, including problems related to dynamic programming and advanced data structures.
