Rewa Institute of Technology (RIT), Rewa, is a renowned technical and management institution in Madhya Pradesh. It offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and management disciplines.

Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate Courses (B.Tech):

Must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Postgraduate Courses (M.Tech/MBA):

For M.Tech, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

For MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Entrance Exams:

B.Tech: Admission is based on the scores of JEE Main. Candidates must qualify the exam and participate in the state-level counseling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh. But you can also get admission in college without appearing in jee mains exam.

M.Tech: Admission is through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) scores. Non-GATE candidates can also apply, but preference is given to GATE-qualified students.

MBA: You can get direct admission in MBA.

Application Process:

Online Application: The application form is available on the official RIT website. Candidates need to provide their personal details, academic records, and entrance exam scores.

Application Fee: An application fee of INR 1,000 (subject to change) is required. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit/debit card, or through a demand draft.

Counseling and Seat Allotment:

Document Verification: Candidates must attend the counseling sessions with all relevant documents, including mark sheets, entrance exam scorecards, and ID proofs.

Seat Allotment: Based on the entrance exam scores and choice filling, seats are allotted to candidates. Once a seat is allotted, candidates need to confirm their admission by paying the admission fee.

JEE Main/GATE/CMAT scorecard.

Transfer Certificate (TC).

Migration Certificate.

Passport-size photographs.

Caste certificate (if applicable).

Fee Structure

B.Tech Programs:

Tuition Fee: Approximately INR 70,000 per year.

Other Fees: Examination fees, library fees, and other miscellaneous charges sum up to about INR 10,000 per year.

M.Tech Programs:

Tuition Fee: Approximately INR 80,000 per year.

Other Fees: About INR 10,000 per year.

MBA Programs:

Tuition Fee: Approximately INR 90,000 per year.
