SENSIT Technologies Interview Experience for Software Engnieer

Criteria:

This was the eligibility criteria:

  • 10th: 60% and above
  • 12th: 60% and above
  • UG CPI: 7 and above

Test:

First, there was a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) by the company representative. After that, we had a cognitive and coding test on the Mettle platform, which included MCQs related to analytics, DSA, etc., along with simple coding questions. Eight of us were shortlisted for the interviews.

Round 1:

We had to give two compulsory rounds: one technical and one HR. Sometimes, you might be called for the HR round first, followed by the technical round. Here is my experience with the technical round:

This was one of the toughest interviews I have ever faced. The interviewers were very judgmental, and the round lasted around 50 minutes. It was an intense grilling session with a panel of two interviewers who seemed to expect us to have 10+ years of experience. They asked questions focused on core subjects like DBMS, OS, and CN, diving deep into each topic and probing how things work internally. As freshers, we had theoretical and practical knowledge, but not much insight into internal workings. They also asked project-based questions, expecting us to have an in-depth understanding of the technologies used. As I mentioned, they seemed to expect us to have many years of experience.

Round 2:

This round was more of an HR round with typical HR questions like “Why do you choose us?”, questions about college, career, future plans, relocation, etc. This round lasted around 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, no one from our college was selected by the company.
