Overview: I was lucky to have many new experiences within Tech Mahindra during my work period and to communicate with co-workers who worked on various projects and were successful in the IT sphere. The main point here is that the company’s emphasis on innovation and notable technologies gave me the space to stretch myself out and be part of client projects fully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducted and created software solutions that have been designed for clients across a range of industries, including telecommunication services, banking and health care.
  • Teamed with cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize or run software systems that can process complex data and work with large volumes of information which was cost-effective in the short and long run.
  • Worked on all the phases of the software development lifecycle, which include: requirement gathering, deployment and support.

Highlights:

  • I am proud to have led a team of developers to execute a mission critical project which completed in advance of the stipulated time schedule and this earned the client’s praises.
  • Designed to optimize processes by using Scrum agile methodology, which is powerful in offering fast iterations and prompt reaction to changing requirements.

Pros:

Cons:

  • On some occasions, had to deal with tight deadlines and high pressures; hence, the ability to be time-conscience and to can prioritize tasks equally was a prerequisite.
  • Shorter project periods were allocated according to organizational authorities with limited ability to customize projects depending on the preferences of students.
