Verizon Interview Experience for Pega Developer

Verizon recently visited our campus exclusively to recruit Pega developers in the Pega domain. The recruiters spent an hour explaining about the company after giving us a short break and calling us for interviews.

The interview process consisted of two rounds: Technical Interview and HR Interview.

In the Technical Interview, the focus was mainly on projects and Pega CSA and CSSA concepts. They also assessed our basic coding knowledge with questions such as finding missing numbers and solving basic problems. Additionally, they tested our SQL skills with advanced questions on Joins. Some interviews were entirely based on our resumes.

The HR Interview mainly focused on understanding our background and interest in the organization. Almost all candidates who cleared the Technical Interview were selected for the role.
