Wipro Interview Experience

Wipro came up with global hiring. Last year in the Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program(WLIP)2023 I was selected. It is a process where Wipro provides Learning and Work both at the same time. Let us before going to the interview first understand the procedure of selecting graduate students.

Round 1

Wipro conducts a test containing verbal reasoning, aptitude & numerical-based questions. It is easy to crack the test. Then if you crack the paper you are scheduled with an interview call directly no intermediate rounds

Round 2

The first question of the interviewer was Introduce Yourself.

My Second question was what do you know about HTML? The third question was to tell me something about CSS.

The next question was to tell me something about Java. The next question was What is Inheritance? The next question was the difference between OOPs and POPs. Then later she asked questions about the topic that were written in my resume. Then she dives more into your Resume. After 3-4 correct answers she came to a different set of questions.

(If they find your conversation skills up to the mark they ask you 3 to 4 questions related to your skills. Now some questions they ask if they find that you are the best fit for their company.)

  1. What are your Hobbies?
  2. Tell me things you learned in the last 3 months.
  3. Tell me about a situation where you feel proud of yourself.
  4. Are you ready to relocate?

(My answer to this question was Yes, I’m ready to relate as I don’t have much Pressure of staying at home or in simple ways I don’t have much responsibility. So I can easily relocate.)
Graduate hiring for Wipro is the easiest to crack.
