Accenture Interview Experience as a Java Developer
I applied for Accenture on their job portal and after nearly a month, I got my interview scheduled. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 HR discussion which was just related to salary only.
Technical Round 1:
- Tell me about yourself.
- Java 8 features and 2 questions on Streams API that were related to distinct and sorted methods.
- How to manage faulty containers in Docker.
- OOPs features in details
- SpringBoot annotations.
Technical round 2:
In-depth knowledge was required for questions asked on access modifiers, Inheritance and OOP concepts as he gave me some code snippets and asked the outputs.
- Two sum problem
- Difference between Controller and RestController.
- How CRUD works in SpringBoot
- Various annotations in Spring AOP
- Query to find all employees having the highest salary.
- @Qualifier and @Primary
- Bean Scopes in Springboot
- Profiling in SpringBoot
HR Discussion
- Just asked a few personal questions like where you live and what your family does. Did salary negotiations.
Cleared all rounds and got an offer letter in just 1 week.
I was not happy with the package offered. It was 2.5x my current package and I expected 3X as I already had an offer of 2.5X from a reputed company. Will see if they increase.
