Recently I participated in an Accenture on-campus drive. Accenture is a multi-national company that provides great value for its employees and it has great value in the market. Due to the current recession, the student intake is very low and more over Accenture mainly prioritizes women. Accenture shows more interest in hiring women due to its policy for women empowerment.
There are various rounds in the hiring process:
Cognitive Ability:

Section Analysis:

- Time allotted: 50 mins
Technical Assessment:
- Common Application and MS Office
- Pseudocode
- Fundamentals of Networking, Security and Cloud
Section Analysis:
- No. of Questions: 40 MCQ
- Time allotted: 40 mins
Coding Round:
Preferred programming languages:
- C
- C++
- Dot Net
- JAVA
- Python
Section Analysis:
- No. of Questions: 2 MCQ
- Time allotted: 45 mins
Do’s and don’t of the interview:
- Proper dress code is very important.
- A plain or solid background should be preferred.
- Don’t try to set your hair or try to comb it with your hand during the interview.
Preparation tips:
- Attempting several mocks will help a lot.
- Concentrate on quantitative aptitude and MS Excel basics.
- For the coding round make sure you are good with strings and arrays.
