About the Company:

Aspiring Minds was created in 2007 and is one of the best leading evaluation companies. It aids recruiters in finding a good candidate. It is also an open atmosphere for candidates to test or improve their abilities and talent to obtain acceptable employment. The AMCAT exam is used to assess students. The employer might choose candidates based on their AMCAT test scores. The exam is divided into components, from which the candidate receives a general assessment scorecard. These assessment scorecards are given to recruiters. Aspiring Minds is the first job skills company on Skill Map U.S. 2016.

Recruitment Process:

  • Round 1 (Online Assessment
  • Round 2 (Technical Interview 1) 90 mins
  • Round 3(Technical Interview 2) 45 mins
  • Round 4 (HR)

Aspiring Minds Criteria for Eligibility:

  •  Full-Time Graduate of BE/ B.Tech(All branches)
  •  60% throughout academics, no Active Backlog.

Online Assessment:

Logical, verbal, computer science (OS, DBMS, networks, SQL), and two coding problems.

Technical Interview 1:

Discussion about the projects, questions on data structures, and computer science fundamentals.

Technical Interview 2:

Asked Data Structures Questions 2 (Medium and Hard Level).

HR Round:

  1. Tell me about yourself.

  3. What are your life achievements?
  4. Do you work well under duress?
