Genpact Interview Experience for Content Moderator Role (non technical)
Got an on-campus offer from Genpact for the non technical role (Hiring-2024, May).
The role was for content moderator.
Expected salary: 2.4 -3 lpa.
It consisted of two rounds.
Eligibility: Anyone with a Bachelor’s degree.
ROUND 1 :
The assessment test link was sent. The test was 12 min.
it comprises of 3 sections with 4 min each.
verbal reasoning, grammar, and vocabulary.
The third section was easiest with just finding the correct spelling of simple words.
Prepositions and a few conditionals were asked in the verbal section.
ROUND 2:
OPS ROUND/INTERVIEW VIA ZOOM
They just asked simple questions like;
- give your intro in English
- why you want to join us.
- what you want to do in future/goals.
- any questions from your side.
it was all easy, just need fluency in speaking english.
