IQVIA Interview Experience for Analyst Role | (6m internship+PPO) | (ON CAMPUS)
I appeared for the IQVIA 6m + PPO Analyst Role, hiring process through my college campus, in January 2024. The overall process was a bit slow. There were a total of 3 rounds.
First Round
Online Aptitude Round. Questions regarding SQL, python, Verbal abilities, Reasoning, etc were there. The first round was not eliminatory.
Second Round
Video Interview round, In which we had to Record the video by giving answers to AI. There were Basic questions like Intro, projects, Internship Experience, Situation-Based Questions, Knowledge About the Company, etc.
Third round
Technical + HR interview, 3 Interviewers were there, and they asked about projects in depth, Favourite subjects, and some questions regarding that, like in DBMS which data structure is used, Why it is your favorite subject, etc. Normal HR questions like excepted salary, interested or not, were also there. It went on for around 30 minutes.
Finally, 1 student was selected.
