Drawbacks of Figma
- Internet is required: Since Figma is a cloud app it is expected to have a good internet connection as a prerequisite, but even for the desktop application you will require an internet connection to work on Figma.
- RAM Uses is more in web version: Since Figma works on cloud and offers real time collaboration, it is a great deal for someone working on team and wants to collaborate. But for a designer working on a solo project. Figma would use unnecessary RAM of the machine.
- No options for responsiveness: Figma does not provide any options for responsiveness. There is no Flexbox support or to set maximum or minimum dimensions. Figma is not yet optimized for responsive design because of which we often design in multiple screen sizes.
Benefits of using Figma for UI/UX Design
