Fourth year of college(Placement season)
People start to get placed in this period. You should be balanced. Of course, there are good faculty to be your support, and you have your mentors. But, finally, it’s you who gotta be confident, stable and consistent. Companies come and go. College also conducts CRT training(Which is Campus recruitment training), where you will be trained with aptitude and verbal and conducts mock interviews etc… Companies come and go. Some are gonna hire just 1 or 2 or 3 like in fingers. Which makes us feel bad about it. But hold on there is much more coming our way. I was just confident and consistent in my preparation although I failed a few interviews. But finally, I was placed before our seventh-semester examinations. I have seen multiple interview experiences on Geeks for Geeks as well. A few companies came offline, and most were online. Even though it’s a recession, the placements were good enough(Might be better than in previous years, obviously then, it was not a recession period) and still, the placements are going on. Because we are talking about the college, The chairman sir has a great vision and the college has a great relationship with many companies and great people, as far as I know.
Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (Autonomous), Bhimavaram Campus Experience for B.Tech
As I approach the end of my graduation journey(graduate in 2024) at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women in Bhimavaram, I can’t help but marvel at the beauty of the campus. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the college boasts a stunning infrastructure that has been my home for the past few years. It has the characteristics of both tier 2 ( With respect to placements, etc..) and tier 3 (With respect to the location, etc…) colleges. Additionally, there are numerous clubs to join, offering exciting opportunities for exploration and involvement. It was one of the best-reputed colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
