How do we plan for the exams?

But even going through so many problems, We found ways to keep going. Students and lecturers tried new ways to learn. We used virtual labs, and lab programs that stimulate real situations and we worked together online. Instead of just memorizing facts, focused more on thinking critically and solving problems. Lecturers started internal tests where we could use textbooks and the internet and work on real-world projects. The friends in our batch did online combined studies by scheduling online meetings using the Google Meet app & zoom app & we started clearing our doubts in meetings. We downloaded the previous year’s exam papers and noted important questions, topics based on that we planned for exams to score maximum marks that’s it.

Text Books we were referred for the exams :

  1. Web technology & its applications
  2. Software architecture & design patterns
  3. Cloud computing & its applications
  4. machine learning
  5. storage area networks

We used other college resources notes for exams

Conclusion:

In the future, what we learn from the hard times in the year 2020-2021 will keep shaping how we engineers learn. Using Technology in learning will be important, giving chances for new ideas and working together even if people are far apart. But it’s also very important to make sure everyone has what they need to learn and to keep things good & honest.

Finally, the challenges of the year 2020-2021 engineering exams during COVID-19 showed how strong and brave engineers are. Even with online classes, problems & frustration, We found ways to change and improve how the lecturers teach us and we improve the way of learning, and what the situations Engineers will keep growing and learning in a world that’s always changing.

Channabasaveshwara Institute of technology Exam Experience

The years 2019, 2020 & 2021 challenges for education all over the world, particularly in the field of engineering, As the COVID-19 pandemic forced all institutions to adapt rapidly to remote learning, engineering students faced many problems because remote classes do not understand the concepts clearly and faced many problems to clear exams.

One of the major concerns during the 2020 engineering exams was the reliability of the online platform. Many students experience technical difficulties during online classes because of poor internet connections and sometimes because of server problems and few students from the poor family they don’t have the facility of data, mobile, or laptop devices to attend online classes .lab programs feel very frustrated with that time having no hands-on practice of lab programs facing difficulties to pass lab exams.

Another major risk associated with online classes was the potential for academic dishonesty. with exams being administered remotely, ensuring the virtue of assessments became more difficult. Educational institutions had to implement strict ways and rules to reduce cheating in exams, This made things more stressful for both students and lecturers.

Online learning makes it hard to keep the quality of education high, especially for engineers, and doctors. AEngineeringstudents need hands-on practice in labs and practical knowledge, which are difficult to do online. Students missed the chances to learn by doing things, which made students worry about jobs after they graduated.
