How to Clear Cache on Android:
Step 1: Go to Settings → Apps → App Manager
Step 2: Select Cache
Step 3: Select Cache Manager → Clear Default Cache from there.
Note:
- The managing cache is important for information security, for example, it can prevent unwanted access to caches of e-mail messages and other files and reduce the attack surface. Even if the information is stored in a cache, an attacker can use a private key to decode the message. Therefore, it is a good practice during development to erase the cache properly after completing a project so that future applications do not contain unintentionally cached data.

- By default, the browser cache is stored on local storage within the iPhone’s application sandbox. iOS applications are also allowed to store their own caches in grid space without requiring explicit permission from users. The operating system provides mechanisms for applications to access and modify these caches, through its built-in app cache API and shared preferences API.
