HR Round

Following the technical round, I advanced to the HR round, which proved to be straightforward and informative. The HR team provided valuable feedback and insights, which I found to be instrumental in my growth and understanding of the interview process. After a few days of anticipation, I received an email from the HR department notifying me of my selection. Overall, the interview experience was positive and enriching, offering me valuable insights into the startup culture and reinforcing my passion for development. I look forward to embarking on this new journey with the startup company and contributing my skills and enthusiasm to its innovative endeavors.

The interview process consisted of two rounds: a technical round and an HR round. My technical interview was conducted by the founder of the company, who immediately struck me as supportive and approachable. Despite my background primarily focusing on C++, the founder engaged me in discussions about various development concepts, showcasing the startup’s emphasis on recruiting skilled developers. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the questions posed were closely related to the projects I had previously worked on, demonstrating the company’s keen interest in practical knowledge and experience.
