Rescheduling Your IELTS Exam Slot

• Visit the official website of IDP IELTS India and log in to your account.
• Click on the “Transfer” option.
• Select your reason for transfer and upload necessary documents (e.g., medical certificate for medical emergency).
• After uploading, check for an acknowledgment pop-up.
• Await confirmation from IDP IELTS team within 3 working days.
• If approved, login again to your account, select your preferred test date and city, and make payment.
• Once payment is successful, your IELTS test date will be rescheduled.

Offline Mode

• Submit a request to your IELTS Exam Centre along with filled Test Date Transfer & Cancellation/Refund Application Form and supporting documents.
• Await the decision from the Exam Centre.

Cancelling Your IELTS Exam Slot

• Visit the official website of IDP IELTS India and log in to your account.
• Click on the “Cancellation” option.
• Select your reason for cancellation and upload necessary documents.
• After uploading, check for an acknowledgment pop-up.
• Await confirmation from IDP IELTS team within 3 working days.
• After cancellation, your refund will be processed within 8-10 business days, minus administrative charges.
• Refund will be directed to the same card/account used during online registration.

• Loss of passport after applying for the test
• Passport submitted to passport office for services
