Perform Clean Boot
Step 1: Open System Configuration & move to Service Tab. Under the service tab, first, click on the Hide all Microsoft Service option. Later, click on the Disable all button.
Step 2: Now, go to the Startup Tab & click Task Manager to open it & disable all applications there.
