Round 4
In the last round, the fourth round General HR round Interviewer asked me what is your plan and how long you are going to travel with us. Some tricky and situation reaction questions were asked. They asked about the level of package expected as well as the benefits of this organization & stipend and so on. In this particular round, I represented who I am in just a few minutes like 4 years of engineering in just 4 minutes.
Result
The good news is I got the good package with a position as a Software developer in the domain of network field and at my college out of 300 persons who appeared for the test only 5 have placed in Zoho.
Conclusion
If you want to join your dream organization like these industries make sure to prepare for an interview experience I mean in the pre-final year of college. Most things that matter are your skills and projects no matter how strong academically you are strong even i am holding a 9.4 CGPA they didn’t even ask me and topping doesn’t matter. Keep upskilling and increase your problem-solving ideas.
ZOHO Interview Experience (On-campus)
Well! As we all know Zoho is one of the Top product-based companies in India. Cracking an interview and getting a job in this organization is one of the best dreams for every engineering student. Zoho has a main branch at Tenkasi and sub-branches at Chennai and Madurai. In this blog, I am going to share my interview experience at Zoho as a software developer intern.
About Zoho
Well! It is Zoho which stands for Small office, Home office but it is termed as Zoho. It is founded by Sridhar Vembu. The products developed by Zoho are webinars, E-commerce, Marketing automation tools, Web applications, Sales IQ, CRM, and so on. I think this short and sweet description is enough for this MNC.
Recruitment Process
Well like all on-campus drives, there are Aptitude rounds, Technical HR, Coding rounds and General HR rounds. The best thing about this organization anyone can join this organization even without a degree is also ok. Here they didn’t mention the required CGPA or anything. The simple thing is that problem-solving skills and projects matter a lot. The degree is just for living that’s it.
