The learners may feel somehow at a loss, struggling with odd methods of teaching, probably unfriendly class atmosphere, or crucial learning expectations which cause them to feel anxious or frustrated.
  2. Curiosity and Exploration: Furthermore, as hard as it may appear in the beginning, there are tons of students who have curiosity and are ready to deal with anything considering a new learning environment with a bold heart. They can help students experiment with different approaches to teaching, may extend the students’ perception of new subjects and perspectives, and give students a chance to gain new skills in different ways of completing educational assignments.
  3. Adaptation and Flexibility: Students develop a habit of adapting to a new way of learning process and thereby they attain the trait of being agile and flexible about their mode of learning. They come to know how to handle the inconveniences of the new place of learning with even the need to modify their study methods and strategies, to adapt to the style of learning present in the new environment. Besides, it allows them to assimilate new perspectives, experiences and approaches to learning.
  4. Growth and Empowerment: In the long run, a person who is challenged and supported by the college system will ultimately reach maturity and self-empowerment. The students may cultivate the traits of resilience, problem-solving ways and increase their level of confidence to take on new challenges and succeed in academics. They could find out some aspects of the study that they like and some they cannot even handle which will help them in the creation of their learning preferences and strengths which in turn will make them own their studies and follow their goals more efficiently.
  5. Sense of Achievement: Before they realize it, students overcome the initial barriers and finally feel comfortable with the new method. By this time, they usually experience a sense of satisfaction gained. They feel freedom in acknowledging the progress they’ve made both academically, and personally, and this brings enthusiasm and pride in their ability to be successful in a growing and diverse community.
