The Avengers: Synopsis and Plot
When an Unexpected enemy appears unexpectedly with the motive to threaten global safety, Fury, Director of SHIELD, brings together the six mightiest heroes of the earth (Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Thor Odinson, and Clint Barton) to counter the attack and maintain peace. Meanwhile, the heroes would learn to work as a team in order to handle this havoc.
The story begins with the experiment on the ‘Tesseract’, an ancient relic, which is the source of infinite energy in the SHIELD base where Loki, the God of mischief, appears out of the portal. He kills multiple there, takes possession of the Tesseract, and compels Clint Barton and Eric Selvig, also declaring war to subjugate Earth.
Fury then seeks out the help of the mightiest heroes activating ‘Avengers Initiative’ to retain the Tesseract and cease the attack, Loki Planned. He brings together Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Thor the God of thunder, and Agent Romanoff (later Clint Barton when he breaks out of the compulsion). Together they must fight an army of Loki to protect Earth.
Maybe your army comes and maybe it’s too much for us, but it’s all on you. Because if we can’t protect the Earth, you can be damn well sure we’ll avenge it” – Tony Stark
