The Initial Screening:

Shortly after submitting my application, I received an invitation for an initial screening test. This consisted of an aptitude test covering logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. Given Infosys’ rigorous standards, I dedicated a significant amount of time to practising sample papers and revising basic concepts. Online resources and forums proved invaluable in this preparation phase....

The Technical Round:

Passing the aptitude test was a significant milestone, and it led to the next critical phase: the technical interview. This round was designed to test my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. I faced a panel of interviewers who asked questions about data structures, algorithms, database management, and object-oriented programming....

The HR Interview:

After successfully navigating the technical interview, I moved on to the HR round. This was less about technical prowess and more about cultural fit and soft skills. The HR interviewers asked questions about my career goals, strengths and weaknesses, and why I chose Infosys....

The Offer:

A few anxious days after the HR interview, I received the much-awaited call: I was offered the position of System Engineer at Infosys, Bangalore. The feeling was surreal. All the hard work, sleepless nights, and relentless preparation had paid off....
