The first product of the Toyota industry was the production of Type A engine in the year of 1934 and then they also manufactured the first passenger model of car in 1936 which was given the name Toyota AA. In 1997, Toyota firstly produced hybrid vehicles that included Prius electric vehicles. From these cars, the company could start manufacturing vehicles with both combustion engine and electric motor to improve fuel efficiency.
