“Giving Back to Society” Initiative
Under this Notable Initiative of “Giving Back to Society,” Involvement of retired teachers or other employees, professionals, housewives, or any other member of the society will be encouraged to come forward and become a member of the academic support team to teach the students without taking any payment or Honorarium. This will help during teacher shortages or leaves, ensuring continuous academic support to Academic Learners. Non-academic team of Staff will contribute to sports, co-curricular activities, skill training, arts, and Music & Karate.

” Systematic Adolescent Management and Value Addition Dialogue” (SAMVAD), is a Comprehensive approach & a component that will educate school-level-going adolescents on moral values, drug Awareness, nutrition, Legal knowledge, and empowerment schemes. This comprehensive education aims to bring up a responsible citizen to the Country. |
Online Portal for Transparency, Accountability |
To Ensure Accountability, Transparency& real-time monitoring, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), will Launch an online portal dedicated to the Apna Vidyalaya program. This online portal will provide real-time Coordination &interactions between stakeholders and each Student of the State. |

The ‘My School-My Pride’ campaign shows potential for the public education system which educates more than 55% of the student population enrolled in government schools within Himachal Pradesh. It is anticipated to contribute positively by improving community participation and mentorship towards educational progress. |

Members of Parliament(MP), Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), and Bureaucrats and high Dignitaries will be encouraged to adopt at least one government school as a patron & changes include suggestions for improvements, and stay updated about the progress of the students. |

Stakeholders are encouraged to offer holistic help, such as career guidance, remedial teaching, and examination coaching besides other community support programs. |

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the CM of Himachal Pradesh state Launched a Prestigious Scheme For the Students of Himachal Pradesh as a part of the ‘Apna Vidyalay’ programme under the National Education Policy(NEP), 2020.
