Lucknow University Fest Experience (Build for Bharat)

On January 6th, 2024, a vibrant gathering took place at Lucknow University’s New Campus. Entrepreneurs, developers, visionaries, and enthusiasts came together for a significant event: “Build for Bharat.” This collaborative meetup, presented by the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), supported by Start-up India, and powered by Hack2Skill under the Google Developer Student Club, aimed to spark conversations and collaborations to shape the future of digital commerce in Bharat.

As one of the hosts of the seminar, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the energy and enthusiasm in the room. From the moment attendees began to arrive, there was a sense of anticipation and excitement in the air. It was inspiring to see individuals from diverse backgrounds coming together with a shared goal: to drive positive change in Bharat’s digital landscape.

The event kicked off at noon with Mr Badrinath Mishra, the Vice President of Network Expansion at ONDC, leading the way. With his experience and insight, Mr. Mishra set the tone for the day, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and innovation in shaping the future of digital commerce. His words resonated with the audience, igniting a spark of motivation that would carry through the rest of the event.

Throughout the day, I had the opportunity to engage with participants, facilitating discussions and workshops aimed at exploring new ideas and solutions. It was inspiring to see the level of creativity and passion on display as attendees shared their thoughts and experiences. Whether it was brainstorming ways to improve last-mile connectivity or discussing the potential of AI in e-commerce, every conversation was filled with energy and enthusiasm.
