Mobiloitte Interview Experience

There were 3 rounds in the interview process.

Round 1: Coding Round

Candidates got coding questions to solve, like removing duplicates from an array, reversing a string, etc. They had to write code for these questions from scratch. If they passed this round, they moved to the next one.

Round 2: Technical Interview

Candidates were asked about their projects, the technologies they used, and the time taken to complete them. They also faced questions about programming languages like C++ and Java, differences between them, and concepts like pointers, JDK, JRE, and JVM. If they did well here, they proceeded to the next round.

Round 3: HR Interview

Here, candidates were asked about themselves, their hobbies, strengths, weaknesses, career goals, and why they wanted to join Mobiloitte.

That’s the gist of the interview experience. Good luck with your own interviews!

The Mobiloitte interview process comprised three distinct rounds. Initially, candidates engaged in a coding round where they tackled various questions concerning arrays, strings, and fundamental algorithms. Success in this round propelled candidates to the subsequent phase. In the technical interview, the focus shifted to evaluating candidates’ proficiency in technical skills and their project experiences. Questions ranged from intricate details about projects undertaken to probing their understanding of programming languages such as C++ and Java, along with concepts like pointers and JVM. Those who demonstrated competence in this round advanced to the final stage. The HR round involved a discussion of behavioral and personality-based inquiries, encompassing topics such as personal interests, strengths, weaknesses, career aspirations, and motivations for joining Mobiloitte. Overall, the interview process served to assess candidates not only on their coding abilities and technical knowledge but also on their personal qualities and suitability for the company.
