Mobiloitte Interview Experience for Business Development (On-Campus)

I recently participated in the Mobiloitte interview as part of the campus placement process.

The interview was structured in 4 rounds.

1. Written test
2. Group discussion
3. Personal Interview
4. HR Interview

Round 1 (Written Test) :

• It was a 1-hour test, we were provided with the question paper and a sheet to solve them.
• This round was to evaluate the writing and searching skills of an individual.
• Questions of this round were related to marketing, new technologies like AI, etc. general knowledge questions, and there was also a blog writing.
• The result of this round was declared in about 1 hour.
• I qualified for this test.

Round 2 (Group Discussion) :

• Shortlisted students from Round 1 written test, were grouped for discussion.
• I was grouped with 10 members .
• We were given topics to discuss on.
• This round was to evaluate the speaking skills and knowledge of individuals.
• Fortunately, I qualified for this round.

Round 3 (Personal Interview) :

• In a personal interview, she asked me to introduce myself.
• She asked about my family Background.
• Then she asked about the way I would relocate to join.
• She then asked me why I am willing to go with the role they are providing of Business Development.
• She asked me about my knowledge regarding the role.
• Fortunately, I was selected in this round.

Round 4 (HR Interview):

• Next day, HR round was scheduled .
• She asked me for my introduction.
• She questioned me about my relocation.
• She asked me about metaverse , Blockchain , Artificial Intelligence.
• She then asked me some technical questions like as about React , about front -end technologies , Back-end technologies, Databases etc.
• She then asked me a situation based question.
• She then questioned like How to increase a product’s market.
• She then cleared me about my role, my salary etc.

Verdict : I was selected.
