Ruby | BigDecimal to_s() function
BigDecimal#to_s() : to_s() is a BigDecimal class method which returns the value of Big decimal as a string.
Syntax: BigDecimal.to_s()
Parameter: BigDecimal values
Return: the value of Big decimal as a string.
