Softcruise Technologies Interview Experience for Software developer fresher role (On-Campus)

Softcruise Technologies came for Hiring candidates on 02 feb 2024.

Eligibility criteria: 75% or 8.0 cgpa in B.Tech average, till date.

Drive Consists of 2 Rounds

Round 1: Coding test pen paper

The performance evaluation includes 10 questions that must be completed in 60 minutes . This test covers all the topics related to Programming, Data Structures. If you have good practise then you can answer the question otherwise you won’t be able to clear this round.

Four of the questions are difficult, questions three to four are easy questions, and the remaining questions are moderately difficult and mostly measure problem-solving ability. There is also a question about the game Rock, Paper, Scissors where a list of two players is given and the task is to identify the name of the player who wins the most games.

Round 2: Technical + hr round :

In this round, they asked me:-

Tell me about Yourself.

Where do you find yourself after 5 years?

Why do you want to join this company?

Tell me about your previous two rounds of experience

Next for Technical Questions, they asked some questions related to MERN , DSA, OOPS, WEB DEVELOPMENT:

What is OOPs

Why you have chosen Java Language for solving Round 2 questions?

Tell about Polymorphism, Inheritance

OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND PROCESS :-

The performance evaluation includes 10 questions that must be completed in 60 minutes, followed by an interview that includes basic SQL questions, OOP concepts, and job-related questions specified in the work report. Four of the questions are difficult, questions three to four are easy questions, and the remaining questions are moderately difficult and mostly measure problem-solving ability. There is also a question about the game Rock, Paper, Scissors where a list of two players is given and the task is to identify the name of the player who wins the most games. Unfortunately, I did not mention my skills in this field in my CV because it was written in the application form outside of school.

During the discussion there are simple SQL questions and simple OOP questions.Lastly, they asked me “Do you have any questions for me?” So, I asked about the further process of onboarding. They replied I will be sending marks of this round to the company. The company has its own cut-off and it will take an average of all the 3 Rounds if your average mark is greater than the company threshold then you will be selected.
