Embarking on a journey at SGVU felt akin to entering a realm of boundless opportunities. SGVU has served as my sanctuary for the past four years, providing a nurturing environment for academic and personal growth. I commenced my B.Tech odyssey as an electronics and communication enthusiast within these halls. This piece offers a sneak peek into my evolution from a wide-eyed newcomer to a poised graduate. Let’s delve deeper into this narrative.

Suresh Gyan Vihar University which ranked NIRF 64th in India and 3rd in Rajasthan. Gyan Vihar University has been the pioneer of education in Rajasthan since 1936.University got its approval in 2008. It runs 60+ courses in the university. I did btech from this university as electronics and communication engineering.

It has modern classrooms, high-tech laboratories, an amphitheater with large seating, a sports wing, a huge library, a placement cell, and a campus canteen that serves scrumptious meals. And also provide hostel facilities.

Embarking on a journey at SGVU was like stepping into a world of possibilities, a mix of excitement and nervousness enveloped danced within me. Those orientation sessions and interactive workshops quickly eased my apprehensions and introduced me to a vibrant community of fellow students and faculty members. Soon I got an opportunity to learn new things every day where I mostly explored topics related to my placements for example, I love to do coding, so I usually do code. The well-structured curriculum and engaging teaching methodologies of the professors fostered a deep understanding of the subjects, apart from theoretical classes, there were practical classes, and labs too. Each student has their own assigned mentor who helps us a lot in any of our problems whether it is professional or personal.

Apart from academic’s field, there were extracurricular activities that played a pivotal role in shaping my overall experiences. Also, I did not get too much time to spend in college as my mid-first year to the start of my third year were spent in a pandemic. But the few years that I spent in my college were unforgettable and filled with new experiences and learnings at every step.

Annual College Fest:

Every year, SGVU hosts its much-awaited annual college fest. This event is a vibrant celebration of talent, creativity, and camaraderie, attracting students from across the country. It offers a diverse range of activities, including cultural performances, music concerts, dance competitions, art exhibitions, and food festivals. Renowned artists and performers often grace the fest, adding to the excitement and allure of the event. With its lively atmosphere and plethora of activities, It is a highlight of the academic calendar, fostering a sense of community and pride among students and faculty alike.

Annual Hackathon:

In addition to Fest, SGVU also hosts an annual hackathon, which brings together some of the brightest minds in the field of technology and innovation. Participants are challenged to collaborate and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems within a limited timeframe. It provides a platform for students to showcase their coding skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities while competing for prestigious awards and recognition. Mentors and industry experts often mentor participants, providing guidance and feedback throughout the hackathon. The event culminates in presentations and demos, where teams showcase their projects to a panel of judges and peers. It is not only a test of technical prowess but also an opportunity for students to network, learn, and push the boundaries of innovation.
