Round-1(Online Assessment):
- The first round is cognitive and technical assessment round. It is divided into three sections first is Cognitive section which consists of English verbal ability and Aptitude.
- Aptitude questions are somewhat lengthy to answer and requires so much time to solve the questions.
- Proper practice of aptitude is recommended before the assessment.
- Second round is technical assessment which consists of questions from technical topics like MSOffice, Pseudocode, Networking and Cloud Security to check the fundamental knowledge on these topics.
- We will be allowed for technical assessment only when we have qualified the cognitive assessment.
- Pseudocode questions are somewhat time taking to answer.
- Next section is Coding section in which we have to solve two coding questions and we will be allowed to coding section only if we qualify technical assessment. One is easy question and one is medium level question.
- if we solve both the questions or one medium question then we will be qualified to next round.
Round-2(Communication Assessment):
- This assessment is conducted to check the communication skills of the user.
- It consists of reading,Listening and repeat, Story telling ,Speaking etc .
- The duration of communication test is about 20-25 minutes.
- The communication round is not the elimination round but we have do our best.
Round-3(Technical ,Managerial and HR Interview):
- This round is the last round and all the technical, Managerial and HR interview is conducted in one round only.
- The interview is conducted online and the duration is about 10-15 minutes.
- The interviewer asked to introduce my self and explain my projects.
- Then he started asking the questions from my projects and general managerial questions like what are the problems faced while doing the project and how I overcomed the problems and successfully completed the project.
- As a team leader how do you distribute the work among the team members and lead your team and how do you solve the conflicts in the team.
- Tell me about strengths and weaknesses.
