I gain admission in IIIT KOTA through JEE MAINS entrance examination which includes an student ability in maths , chemistry , and physics. Months of meticulous planning, many hours of studying, and restless nights culminated on the test day. It was a time of great delight and pride for me to see that my hard work had paid off. I received a decent grade on the test, which opened doors to prestigious colleges such as IIIT KOTA.
Admission process:
After passing the jee mains examination the next step was to participate in JOSSA counselling process for seat allocation of colleges. This counselling procedure allows applicants to choose their desired institution and branch depending on their rank and seat availability. During this stage, serious thought must be provided in order to make informed decisions about the intended course of study.

Having achieved my desired JEE Mains rank, I am thrilled to have been offered admission to the Electrical and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch at IIIT Kota.. This step included carefully weighing available possibilities and making educated choices about course preferences and the selected institution. Candidates were assigned seats throughout the counselling rounds depending on their rankings and the selections they had made. Participating in the JOSAA counselling process, I meticulously followed all procedures to secure my seat in this esteemed institution. After obtaining my provisional admission letter, I excitedly anticipated my physical reporting date at IIIT KOTA .The admissions process started with the collection of a token, which aided in the organisation of students throughout the procedure.Document verification commenced with the submission of essential paperwork, including academic transcripts, identity proof, and other necessary documents specified by the institution. The clarity provided regarding the required documents alleviated any uncertainties, facilitating a streamlined approach towards compilation and submission.
Upon submission, the documents underwent thorough scrutiny by the diligent staff members at IIIT Kota. Any discrepancies or missing documents were promptly addressed, ensuring completeness and accuracy.I went to the hostel registration office to arrange lodging after completing the administrative processes. I supplied the required paperwork and was given copies as verification of my registration. The hostel staff was kind and helpful, providing an easy adjustment into hostel life.
Payment of Fees:
On the day of physical reporting at IIIT Kota , Payment submission was swift without a quota . Efficiency reigned as fees were paid , Smooth transitions ensured no delay.
