KPIT Interview Experience (On-Campus)

KPIT Technologies, a global technology company specializing in IT consulting and product engineering, conducts a rigorous campus recruitment process. The recruitment process consists of two main rounds: an online aptitude and technical interview.

Round 1: Online Aptitude Test

The first round is an online aptitude test designed to assess a candidate’s problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning, and basic mathematical skills. This test typically includes:

  • Quantitative Aptitude: Questions on topics such as algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and data interpretation.
  • Logical Reasoning: Puzzles, sequences, and logical deductions to evaluate analytical thinking.
  • Verbal Ability: Grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary to test communication skills.

The duration of this test is usually about 60-90 minutes. Performing well in this round is crucial to advance to the next stage.

Round 2: Interview

  2. Explain the concept of pointers in C. How are they different from references in C++?
