How to Create a Google Form With Multiple Pages

In order to create a Google Form with multiple pages, we will first need to create a form like you would normally do. Here are the steps for the same:

Step 1: Create a new form

Begin by creating a new form using the plus sign from the Google Forms home page. You can also begin by opening an existing form.

Step 2: Add Title and Description

Add the title and description of your form.

Step 3: Start Adding Questions

You can now start adding the questions that you would like to have on the first page of the form.

You can add as many questions as you desire using the plus icon on the right:

Once you are done with setting up the first page, you can start creating the second page in your Google Form.

Step 4: Add a new section

Click on the add new section option present as an equal to the symbol in the pane next to the question.

You can see that a second section is made in the form. This is your second page:

Note that in order to see these sections as pages, you will have to enter the preview mode.

Step 5: Add title and description

You can add the relevant title and description for each section of the form that you create:

Step 6: Add questions on the second page

You can now start adding questions on this page as needed.

This is essentially how you can create multiple pages in Google Forms. If you want more pages, simply click on the add section option and a new section will be created. Here we have created one more section:

Step 7: Preview the form

Click on the preview option to see how the pages will look in the form.

You can see that only the first section comes on the landing page:

Once we answer the questions and click on the next option, we will be taken to the next page of the form:

Your multi-page form is now ready. You can save it by adding a title and then start sharing it like you would normally do.
