What if I need help finding the Downloads folder?
If you don’t see your downloads in the Downloads folder, you can try these steps:
Step 1- Right-click Desktop & Select “View”:
Click with the right mouse button on a space on your desktop. A menu will appear.
Step 2- Choose “Show Desktop Icons”:
From the menu, select the “View” option. Another submenu will pop up.
Step 3- Refresh Desktop Icons:
Inside the submenu, find and click on “Show Desktop Icons.” This action will display the icons on your desktop.
