NIT, Anna University Fest Experience (Symposiums)
Initiative and Interest!
At my initial stage, I was unaware of such events. As a middle-class girl, I only had the dream to achieve something great to make my parents proud. But during my 1 year, I was very much panic-stricken and I refused to take part in such events. As days passed my interest towards it became huge.
The main reason for my interest towards my symposium journey began with the encouragement of my peer group. We used to share all the upcoming event details through our unofficial college groups by which an interest had been developed for every one of us. This made us participate in various college events and compete with ourselves too.
Diverse Perspectives at Every Turn!
On my first attempt, I was unable to make it possible, but I didn’t give up and attended many such events. At every turn, we used to learn new ideas by seeking every opportunity with different approaches. As Engineering students, we not only participated in technological events but took part in all domains by which our learning journey became more interested
New people and opportunities!
Beyond experiencing personal growth by visiting more colleges we got an opportunity to meet new people by which we used to share our ideas and gain a lot of knowledge with a fun-filled friends group.
We also used to interact with various institutions’ professors which helped us to improve a lot of innovation in our ideation and professionally execute them.
Succeeding in Paper Presentation Events: A Personal Journey!
Embarking on a journey through symposiums we grew up by succeeding in various presentation events. As I said earlier I lost in my first attempt but with the fullest hope, I pursued my journey and from my second attempt I saw a consecutive victory in all my participating events.
This sparked my interest in taking part in more and more events and winning a lot. According to me winning is an addiction too!
Conclusion:
Navigating symposiums and excelling in paper presentation events have been transformative experiences that have shaped my intellectual journey and gained me an identity.
As I continue to pursue my academic and professional goals, I carry with me the lessons learned and the memories cherished from these enriching experiences.
