Diabetes Insipidus
Diabetes Insipidus is a rare disease. Unlike diabetes mellitus, there is no increase in sugar level. In Insipidus the kidney produces lots of extra pee. Due to this the person suffers from excess urination and feels trusty again and again.
Types of Diabetes Insipidus
- Central Diabetes Insipidus: This type of diabetes occurs when there is damage in the pituitary gland. This damage results in abnormal production and storage.
- Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus: This type of Insipidus occurs when the kidney does not function properly due to inherited gene changes.
- Gestational Diabetes Insipidus: This type of Insipidus occurs due to pregnancy that affects vasopressin levels.
- Dipsogenic Diabetes Insipidus: This type of Insipidus occurs when there is an issue with the hypothalamus.

The two diabetes patients suffer from different symptoms and have different levels of concentration in blood and urine. They differ from each other with respect to various parameters such as hunger, excretion of blood, causes, and the presence of sugar levels.
