International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) reported that in 2022, world wine production (excluding juice and musts) was estimated to be around 260 million hectoliters, showing a slight increase from the previous year. The top wine-producing countries remain Italy, France, and Spain. They together account for about half of the world’s total wine production, demonstrating their significant influence on the global wine market.
